Director of Programing

The Children’s Home Society seeks to hire for a Director of Programing for Martinsburg and Romney service locations.   The Director of Programing would provide direct supervision to supervisors, site managers and program managers.  Candidates must have proven leadership capabilities, have the ability to provide leadership throughout the regions, be a backup for other Directors of Programing and the ability to work closely with the Society’s leadership team.  Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.  Should have at least five years’ experience in child welfare with demonstrated experience and knowledge.
