Through funding provided by the WV Department of Human Services and other community contributions, we work to coach foster youth who aged out of the foster care system at age 18 without a permanent family to gain the skills and community connections to become successful adults.  Independent Living Program (ILP) provides limited financial assistance, money management training, employment coaching, education exploration, and other life skills to help youth build a foundation for a brighter future.
