FSC Resource Assistant

Children’s Home Society of WV in Martinsburg is seeking a FSC Resource Assistant for Jefferson County.  This position requires a High School Diploma or GED; demonstrated ability to work with children, families; driver’s license; available automobile and insurance coverage as required by law and agency; training and credentialing as required by the agency; criminal background and child abuse registry checks; 24-hour availability to work with irregular hours; ability to work under pressure and multitask; annual approved physical and TB documentation. The goal of this position is to provide or procure concrete services to clients in the agency’s programs. These services are to preserve and strengthen parent/child relationships; provide supports that parents need to be good nurturers and providers; gain self-sufficiency and reduce the risk of child abuse, child neglect, and juvenile delinquency.
