Chief Executive Officer

The Children’s Home Society is seeking a future Chief Executive Officer, position to begin July 1, 2026.  Applicants must meet the following qualifications: No less than ten years’ experience in child welfare administrative and organizational management.  Experience in public policy, legislative advocacy, program quality improvement, fundraising and development, management of budgets, non-profit financial management.  Experience in a variety of child welfare programing, the ability to provide oversight and management of grants. Provide oversight to the COA accreditation process.   Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with experience, Master’s Degree preferred.   The ability to travel statewide, provide supervision to leadership staff and participate in community engagement.  Qualified applications should send a resume and letter of interest to Mary A.
