Who are the special needs children?

   These children who are free for adoption currently live in foster homes in West Virginia and need permanent adoptive homes. This group of children includes:

• children of color;
• children with medical, behavioral, emotional or other special needs;
• sibling groups;
• healthy Caucasian children over the age of 8 years, and more.
