Safe At Home Wraparound Facilitator

Children’s Home Society of WV is seeking a Safe At Home Wraparound Facilitator to work in Cabell, Putnam and Wayne Counties. This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a human service field and two years post-graduate experience working with youth and families. Qualified applicants must also demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, be committed to working with older youth and their families, be able to collaborate with consumers and professionals, have reliable transportation, possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance, and pass all required background screenings. Schedule must be flexible to meet the needs of the family. Competitive salary and excellent benefits package offered.
