The Children’s Home Society of West Virginia (CHS) hosted their Annual Founders’ Day event, “The Many Paths We’ve Traveled Home”, on Saturday, May 8, 2021, celebrating 125 years of service to children and families in West Virginia. The event was held at the CHS Operations Office, 1596 Kanawha Blvd. East and Ruffner Park (Adjacent to the CHS Office) from 2p.m. to 5p.m. The event featured guest speakers with the Children’s Home Society archives on display detailing its history dating back to 1896.
